Hello, my name is Nicholas and I am an engineer.
As much as I enjoy problem solving, transmitting energy through the air, and deriving equations, I also have a lot of different and broad interests. I live in Center City Philadelphia, PA, where brothers love each other. At this point in my life, I am fond of living downtown in a major metropolitan area. Currently, I am graduate student at Drexel University working towards a Ph.D. on wireless communications.
Wisconsin was my previous home, a fact that I am proud of. Yes, I eat cheese. No, I don't own any cows. Yes, I know how to milk them. Although, a lot of the midwest is as uninteresting as it is flat, Wisconsin is a pretty good place, no matter what they say in Dogma. I grew up in Wauwatosa, a 'burb' of Milwaukee (Brew City, USA) and I went to college at the University of Wisconsin - Madison.
During college, I was also very active with the Wisconsin Marching Band, where I played in the trombone section for three years and served as the Wisconsin Drum Major for two.
Recently I have become very fond of mountaineering and have gone on backpacking trips in CO and have climbed to 14,100 ft. I have made more extereme climbs in NH in winds >100 mph and in temps < 0 F! I also enjoy competing in triathlons and training in each aspect.
